Honto ni Atta Kowai Hanashi: Summer Special 2011

While Suzaki Saika (Ashida Mana) is hospitalised for poor health, her father, Tamotsu (Totsugi Shigeyuki) feels torn that he has to leave here and go on a business trip. NHK Kōhaku Uta-Gassen (NHK紅白歌合戦, "NHK Red and White Song Battle"), more commonly known simply as Kōhaku, is an annual New Year's Eve television special held on December 31 every year, and produced by Japanese public broadcaster NHK. The program divides the most popular music artists of the year into competing teams of red and white. Antarctica

Set in the 1950's, a Japanese Antarctic research exploration team and 19 dogs that accompanied the team are stationed at the Showa Base in Antarctica. After a year, the exploration team is ordered to withdraw from the Antarctic station due to severe weather conditions. The dogs have to be left behind. The following year, the next team arrives at the Showa Base station and a miraculous reunion occurs between a dog handler accompanying the new tean and two dogs, Taro and Shiro, that are brothers.

Marumo's Story

Marumo no Okite is a Japanese television series which premiered on Fuji TV on April 24, 2011. This television series stars Sadao Abe as Mamoru Takagi, a public relations officer with a stationery company. It also stars child actors Fuku Suzuki and child actress Mana Ashida as Mamoru's late friend Jun-ichiro's twin children. The television series was broadcast as part of the Fuji TV's Dramatic Sunday time slot, which airs every Sunday from 9pm to 9:54pm.

Maki, was placed into the orphanage "Kogamo no Ie", after her mother, Ryoka, was arrested and jailed. Sakoda Yui a cheerful and positive third year high school student, lives in a seaside town. She is the only daughter of a couple who are hairstylists and run a small hair salon.
