In the dead of night, a body donated for organ transplants mysteriously disintegrates into ashes. Soon after, five recipients, given a heart, corneas, lungs, liver, and kidneys, begin to develop supernatural powers. Yeong-nam, an exam instructor, faces challenges after a student's death due to exam stress. He embarks on a journey to teach elementary school kids despite battling cancer, highlighting struggles and triumphs in education.
