In the wrap-up, the elderly accountant passes judgment on all four men. Stuhr acted in films by the late Krzysztof Kieslowski, who had some input here by offering advice to Stuhr on this screenplay.

Some time ago, having found himself at a bend in life, he turned to drugs.

In the spring of 1945, the commanding officer of the National Armed Forces in Mazowsze and older brother of 20-year-old Mieczyslaw Dziemieszkiewicz, is assassinated by Soviet soldiers. Mieczyslaw then joins the National Military Union. He becomes the commander of a partisan unit fighting for the next six years to free Poland from Soviet tyranny by terrorizing the UB and its collaborators. M jak miłość is a Polish soap opera, revolving around the multiple generations of the Mostowiak family. The series premiered on November 4, 2000 on TVP2, primarily as a weekly drama, and after one season shifting into a new timeslot and extending to two episodes per week. For the last few years the show has been the most watched drama on Polish television. Its popularity led to a Russian adaptation, entitled Lyubov kak Lyubov. The series is also broadcast on the international channel TVP Polonia with English subtitles.

Kryminalni was a Polish crime drama television series that aired on TVN network from September 18, 2004 until May 24, 2008. It ran for 8 seasons and 101 episodes were broadcast in total. It was created by Polish director and screenwriter Piotr Wereśniak and produced by MTL Maxfilm studio. The series followed life and work of police officers from the elite Criminal Terror and Murders Division of the Warsaw Metropolitan Police; the title refers to police officers in the crime section. The three main characters were Adam Zawada, an experienced, tough cup, his younger colleague Marek Brodecki and Barbara Storosz, an ambitious female officer who in the first season joins the team just after graduating. Although none of the main actors had had star status before the series debuted, all three of them rose to prominence and popularity during the 5-year-long run. Many of Poland's best known actors guest starred, usually playing roles of people involved in just one particular investigation. The serial was one of the most popular in Poland: each week it had an audience of 4 million.

God's Lining presents the dramatic fate of Marianna Jurewiczówna, her family, and the inhabitants of the Vilnius region from 1900 to 1945. The series begins in 1900, when Marianna, the youngest child of Maria and Andrzej Jurewicz, is born. Through Maryśka's eyes, we meet a succession of characters passing through the manor: the order-takers (Bartłomiej), the slackers (e.g., Mickiewicz), the peasant farmhands (e.g., Antośka), the servants (e.g., Walunia), and various misfits, rejected and ridiculed (e.g., the foolish Maryla), just like the main character. Marianna Jurewiczówna is called "niedonosek" by her family because of her premature birth; she feels unloved and rejected, misunderstood, and different. The series concludes in 1945, during the so-called first repatriation.
