A man with a briefcase is being pursued by a small yakuza gang. After abandoning his vehicle, the man boards a train where he and the other passengers watch a woman being assaulted by three thugs. Intimidated, the commuters do nothing to help. Later, the victim reports the incident to the police and a witness finally comes forward. When the man hears about rape on the news he takes steps to protect his identity and begins to track the victim.

Returning from a shoot, an adult film crew gets lost in the fog of a mountain location. Luckily, they find a deserted resort, but unfortunately, something is stirring in the woods, and it’s not too happy with their visit.

Joke Togo, a hitman who received the request, targets Chairman Takeda, but Takeda, fearing being targeted, takes his bodyguard Akiko with him when going out by train, and the lecherous Takeda enjoys molesting Akiko on the train...

Professor Sarusawa and his psychic daughter Mai live together after the suicide of the Professor's wife years earlier - which was caused by a suicide plague running rampant throughout the city. Dr. Aryo lives in a nearby castle with his wife, whom Dr. Aryo created, and a hunchbacked assistant. Dr. Aryo once worked at the same university with Professor Sarusawa but was fired for his morbid experiments. Now, Dr. Aryo may hold the key to unlocking the origins & cure for the suicide virus which Professor Sarusawa may now have. Meanwhile Professor Sarusawa's daughter Mai can be bring to life Dr. Aryo's stitched up cadavers which Dr. Aryo hopes to create a new race with.
