Unable to meet all the demands of his job and family anymore, Mathieu feels he's in a mid-life crisis and hurriedly leaves for the forest. His relatives are left by themselves, faced with his sudden departure and their choices.

Just before twilight, a small plane lands on the runway of a country airport. One passenger disembarks: Joe, the last survivor of a Jewish family, the Falsches. He has an appointment with them all tonight, forty years after leaving Berlin for New York in 1938. The Falsches are all waiting for him in the arrival lounge: those who perished in the concentration camps; those who left with Joe in 1938; and those who returned to Berlin after the war. Lilli, a young German woman, is there too; she is the daughter of a Nazi official, who was the love of Joe's youth, and who died during the bombing of Berlin. For Joe, it is a night of encounters, of celebrations beyond life and death.

Professor Taranne, a conceited university Professor, is subject to several absurd and disquieting incidents from the world surrounding him. He is being accused of things he couldn't have been doing. He starts doubting himself - a self that might be fragmented or multiple.

Thomas Thomas is agoraphobic, has a computer-generated girlfriend, and hasn't left his home in years. Can a prostitute convince him to leave cyberspace and his home for the real world?

The fiction series UNSEEN tells the story of how, over ten days, people and their families face a mysterious phenomenon : some of them become invisible. Out of sight, the invisibles can do anything without being seen, nobody to punish them, nobody to compliment them, nobody to judge them, - But is it really an advantage? Some of them are using invisibility as a tool of revenge or domination, others live it as an exile. But all of them will have to make a moral choice: is their invisibility a power or a handicap? What is left for humanity when no one can see us anymore? Facing the unimaginable, seen and unseen will try, each in their own way, to save their own world.
