Through testimonies from friends and collaborators, it traces his fearless advocacy, artistic brilliance, and deep impact on queer visibility in Spain—from the Movida Madrileña to his influential presence in Palma. A chef, performer, and actor in Almodóvar’s films, Estrella defied norms and built community, especially through his legendary restaurant, Flexa.
