Megan Florentino, a woman whose life is shattered after a scientific experiment gone wrong infects her with gene-splicing DNA, transforming her into a wolf-like Hybrid. Struggling to control her dangerous nature, Megan and her daughter, Lacy, live on the run, never staying in one place long enough to build a stable life. Lacy, burdened by the chaos of their existence, yearns for normalcy and eventually leaves in search of a better future. When Megan learns of a potential cure, she embarks on a desperate quest to reclaim her humanity and repair her fractured relationship with her daughter. But to achieve this, she must face unimaginable challenges, including betrayal, danger, and even conflict with her own kind.

In this darkly comedic and uniquely angsty journey, twelve vignettes chronicle a young woman's inner monologue as she visits various NYC beaches in hopes of fulfilling her dream of being eaten by a shark.
