Jérome Llado

A figure walks on a wire in mid-air. Highliners take us into their strange, visually extreme practice. From line to line, we move from incomprehension to the opposite: concrete feelings, palpable physical and mental research. As part of a team where nothing seems to stop them, we share their search for balance through imbalance.

The mountain, this unique environment, nourishes our dreams of summits but also reminds us, with a fragile breath, how everything can collapse in an instant. From his first turns in Chamonix to the podiums of the Freeride World Tour, Léo Slemett's destiny seemed drawn as an inevitable ascent. Yet beyond talent, effort, and determination, it is life's trials that truly forged his path. At once majestic and ruthless, the mountain becomes the reflection of his inner struggles. This sensitive and authentic portrait reveals the story of an exceptional skier whose journey goes far beyond sport itself - a testimony of resilience and perseverance.
