As Chino navigates the seedy underbelly of Los Angeles, he finds himself dodging the ruthless henchmen of Koviak, a powerful mobster who wants the tapes for his own sinister plans. From dive bars to back-alley sushi joints, this animated noir romp blends wild characters, dry humor, and unexpected twists through a city as strange as its inhabitants.

On the eve of a catastrophic event which will wipe out the hearing population, we follow four deaf characters as they go about their daily lives.
