It was headlined by Joe Hendry (c) vs. Ethan Page vs. Ricky Saints vs. Tony D’Angelo in a Fatal Four Way match for the NXT Championship.

It is the 14th Great American Bash under the WWE banner, the seventh annual produced specifically for its developmental brand NXT, and the 28th Great American Bash event overall.
