An experienced intelligence officer arrives in the USSR as a tourist. The staff of the State Security Committee manages to find out the real reason for Miss Luster's visit, to reveal all her numerous connections with agents of foreign intelligence, to expose and eliminate the criminals.

The wedding has fallen through, and the bride heads from the registry office to the flea market to exchange her wedding dress for something better.

The film takes place during the civil war. Tolya Dergach, having lost his parents, falls under the influence of bandits looking for hidden treasure in the ruins of the estate. The boy, of course, will understand his new friends — and together with old friends will help the security officers to neutralize criminals.

In the wealthy noble family of Popelsky, the only son Petrik is blind from birth. His mother Anna Mikhailovna, infinitely loving and pitying the boy, educates him as a rare fragile flower. And only Uncle Maxim, who fought under the banner of Garibaldi in his youth, is trying to accustom the boy to independence. And now only love can reconcile him with the world of the sighted.

Moscow academician Pavel Pavlovich comes to a picturesque village on the seashore to calmly spend his vacation here. Whiling away the time for sketches, he manages to get acquainted with the local guys, the restless Grishka and the daughter of the foreman Nyuska. Together they build a stove, repair a sewing machine, and reconstruct a telephone switchboard. When Pavel Pavlovich suddenly falls ill, all the villagers take care of him. When the time comes to leave, Pavel Pavlovich understands that in this village far from the capital, he leaves a piece of his heart.
