Yoshie Chikamatsu

In Hokkaido, Kunigama. Reiko (Akagi) met Katsura, on a quiet and lonely late autumn evening, before the harsh and fierce winter was to come. Reiko was 21 years old, working for a small mobile theater troupe. She knew from the beginning that Katsura had a wife and children. Katsura's relationship with Reiko, half openly and half secretly, was partly due to and partly an excuse for his wife, Akiko (Kusabi),'s infidelity. Reiko was always honest with her heart. She became friends with Katsura's daughter and even made friends with Akiko.

A comedy-action film depicting a kind-hearted protagonist who, feeling disillusioned with the world, asks a hitman for assistance with suicide, only to find himself embroiled in a thrilling and hilarious journey involving money and women.
