An aging Nova moves through desolate boxing gym as fragments of his past drift into the present. Sun-drenched memories of unconditional friendship and his deep bond with Kyra flicker against the quiet of his current world, weaving a poignant meditation on friendship, masculinity and the soft marks that time leaves behind.

Before adulthood arrives, a close-knit group spends their vacation at their favorite countryside spot. But one friend grows anxious about the future. Sensing his fear, his two best friends urge him to face it with them. Will he embrace the unknown or cling to the past?
