Romane Desproges

December 31, 1999. Quebec is a few hours from year 2000 and its potential bug. Trapped in a Montreal appartement, Momo needs only one thing to survive this nightmare: couscous.

A young woman invites a stranger for a one-night stand. But a pierced condom turns this fleeting encounter into an unpredictable night where desire and horror violently intertwine.

Lucie, a words operator, conveys the confessions others cannot say aloud. When one letter is addressed to her, childhood memories resurface, forcing her to confront her own wounds.
