Ahmad Orujoghlu (Ahmadagha Aliyev) was born in Baku. He studied at Baku Medical School No. 3 (1966), the Cultural and Educational Faculty of the Azerbaijan State Institute of Arts (1970-1974). He worked as an artistic director in the Artyom and Surakhani Palaces of Culture and the House of Medical Workers.
