Carolina lives trapped in a suffocating routine, inside a huge house full of empty rooms and doors that never open. One day, she finds a woman dressed in red inside the house, who comes to bring her a mysterious box as a gift.

Juan is 50 years old and suffers from visual impairment and a stutter. His life is monotonous and lonely, divided between work and home. Everything worsens when his mother, his only companion, dies. After that, he discovers a man dressed in black in his room, who proposes a sinister pact.
