Eric is a young man battling blackouts and a violent alter-ego, Known as Tapeface, a masked killer driven by rage. Then as Eric tries to hold onto his sanity through a budding romance, his dark side grows stronger and deadlier.

A serial killer known as Tapeface goes out on his yearly rampage. He documents the events as he records them over an old VHS tape.

After her boyfriend's attempted suicide, a young woman goes to an elderly priest and his assistant asking for help. They soon discover her boyfriend is possessed but suspect the being is far bigger than a demonic force.
