Omar Martí

An intimate story about family ties, the loss of loved ones and characters who are unable to live in the present, either because they yearn to return to the past or because they continually fantasise about the future.

Omar is unable to smile. His mind takes us on a journey through memories and images by which he must understand what it means to smile, why he should smile, and what the world will hold in store for him if he cannot figure it out.

After the troubled, worn-out playwright Filomeno gets his movie script rejected, he devises a big plot to demonstrate his writing skill.
