Rikka Isurugi (Chihiro Yamamoto), head of the Fox Clan, is investigating the "White Lotus," a mysterious cult suspected of plotting a rebellion against the Shogunate. During her mission, she encounters Okyo (Kanon Miyahara), a Fuma Ninja dispatched by the Shogun.
