The story tells the beginning of Júlia's day, which repeats itself every time she walks through the door of her house. However, every time she returns to the same day, a family member disappears as if they had never existed and only Júlia holds the memory of them. During the repetitions, family problems of communication and affection are highlighted, bringing reflections on family relationships and/or the lack thereof.

After Carol gets bitten by cat on the street, things take a dark turn for her and her partner.

Betina lives with her father Adamastor, but he is fascinated by the teachings of the mysterious New World cult. Despite being the newest member and receiving a suspicious message, she still goes to a party with her friends Jorge, Pietra and Lucas, but there things start to change.

A community of cats lives in the Soledade Cemetery Park in Belém. "7 Vidas" follows these animals through a fictional letter written by one of them to his former owner. With real images of the cats among graves and trees, the film builds a sensitive narrative about abandonment, freedom and memory, revealing the poetry hidden in the coexistence between life and death.

Sérgio is a charismatic radio host who presents the show "The Sound of Love", where he reads letters from people seeking help with their relationships and offers them advice. However, when a letter with no return address arrives at the show, Sérgio begins to spiral into a frenzy of guilt and sorrow.
