In Qing Dynasty, Chen Xiang and Liuli became maids and friends in the imperial palace. Liuli wanted to be famous whereas Chen Xiang just wanted to live a normal life. Liuli attempted to change her life by knowing the prince, even at the cost of betraying Chen Xiang.

Set in the late Qing Dynasty, this movie depicts the story of the Hong boxer Lin Shirong, a butcher trained by the legendary martial artist Wong Fei Hung. Rong is a man of unquestionable integrity, but he is framed by scums of the martial world, Tsai Jinbao and Mou Chengwei. As he hits rock bottom, he is determined not to succumb to the evil. He aims to defeat his enemies and prove his innocence and be the next legend that brings glory to Hong Boxing.

Fang Shiyu, former Ming loyalist Hong Xiguan, and down-on-his-luck scholar Hu Huiqian swear brotherhood under triad boss Cai Jiuyi to protect the weak in 19th-century Guangzhou. Even the most skilled criminals cannot evade Xin Yao's sharp instincts and the reach of justice. The story highlights that no one has the right to take a life, and true justice can only be served through the law.
