The documentary presents the trajectory of Performance sER.á.Linha_do, from its birth in 2012 to the present. The performance is born from the continuous thread where Tamara Faifman's poetry gains life and movement when performed in bodies that open up in space for action.

After being fired from the Police Department, Steve Cicco is invited to join a special operations organization known as CIE, to be the lead agent in a special counterterrorism operation, with the mission of hunting down and arresting a dangerous man named Pepeu Ali Guere, who possesses a mysterious briefcase with unknown contents.
