Amelie and Jean are protagonists of a French New Wave film. The world surrounding them begins to unravel as the two discover that they are characters in a film. As they try to break out of the fake reality that surrounds them, they take control of their story and ultimately come face to face with their captor.

Dr. Niall Boyd discovers a Robot he designed has begun to show signs of consciousness. He tasks his neighbor Monica Vikander to conduct a Turing test with it to prove this.
