German cinemas were flooded with sex education films in the 60s and 70s. What was shown in cinemas then and was meant seriously, is today rather unintentionally funny.

The manuscript of the film, which uses a wealth of interviews, statements, charts and reportage elements, was written by the director of the Institute for Educational Psychology at the PH in West Berlin.
