Desperate for an escape, she crosses paths with a rapper whose life experiences force her to confront the hard truths about herself—ultimately pushing her to decide what she’s willing to sacrifice to reclaim control of her own story.

Andie experiences chronic digestive issues but hides it from her roommate. When she is prescribed a stool sample kit for the first time, she has to learn to take care of her health and deal with her own shit (literally and figuratively).
