Juana Bonicelli

A peaceful trip turns into a nightmare when a man is haunted by his past in a paradise destination.

Luana and her 8-year-old sister Sara visit their grandfather Hugo in hospital, who is suffering from advanced Alzheimer's disease. While they each cope with the situation as best they can, a woman in the hospital tells Sara a fantastic story about her grandfather's illness.

The eldest granddaughter writes a letter to her grandmother, who is soon to be moved into a nursing home due to the progression of her Alzheimer’s. Through archival footage filmed by her grandfather, the documentary reconstructs moments from her family’s life as Juana speaks to her grandmother about what she misses about her and the woman she once was.

There are those who say that the women's bathrooms in nightclubs are magical places. Melanie and Sofía meet in one; and from that moment on their lives will never be the same.
