Sati, who is forced into marriage by her poor parents with a rich ugly old man living with a concubine. She find the other way to overcome the mishap in her life, when a young neighbor Nath develops love interest with her. Both finally leaves the village and escape to Cuttack town. The conservative neighbors question about their relationship. Sati, unable to bear the scandal concerning her and Nath, finally commits suicide by jumping into the river.

Melodrama featuring a thikadar (forest contractor), a somewhat remote figure like the landscape in which he operates. The villain is the plantation-owner named Abani Haldar, with a beautiful daughter, Latika. The thikadar saves Haldar in an accident, while later it is revealed that Haldar killed the thikadar's father and left his wife and children for dead. Latika, who loves the thikadar, succeeds in preventing the forester from taking revenge for those crimes.

Gora and Mahim were two sons of Krishna Dayal Babu. From childhood, Bijay and Gora were friends. Through an accident, Bijay was introduced to Paresh Babu's family. Paresh was a Bramhin. Lord Krishna visits Suryapith with his friend Akrur, where they meet Satyabhama, the daughter of Satrajeet. Akrur proposes to Satyabhama, but she addresses him as a brother, leading him to resent Krishna. Satyabhama, however, falls in love with Krishna. Unaware, Satrajeet arranges Satyabhama’s marriage with Kritabarma. Meanwhile, Jarasandha, the king of Magadh, desires the Syamantak gem to win Jambavati’s hand in marriage. His ally, Satadhanya, also covets Satyabhama. When Satadhanya attacks Satrajeet to seize the gem, Krishna intervenes, defeating him and protecting Satrajeet and Satyabhama. However, Satrajeet distrusts Krishna, hiding the gem with his brother, Prasan. When Prasan is killed by Jarasandha’s spy, who is then slain by Jambavan, Krishna retrieves the gem from Jambavan after defeating him. Later, during Krishna and Satyabhama's wedding, Satyabhama and Akrur kill Satrajeet to seize the gem but are ultimately defeated by Krishna.

Sri Beniprasad, owner of "Model Drugs," discovers his workers’ grievances when he finds a bulletin circulated by them. Though his son Dilip is involved with the company, he advises his father to investigate independently. Taking on a disguise as a common laborer, Beni Prasad learns that his executives are dishonest and oppressive, even mistreating him. He is welcomed by Rammoy, a worker, and his family, where Jayanta, an enigmatic leader of the labor movement, regularly appears. During a secret meeting, Jayanta realizes Beni Prasad is undercover and orders his glasses broken, rendering him unable to see. Both Beni Prasad and Rammoy's daughter Reba question Jayanta’s true identity, which is revealed in a twist at the film's end.

A son in a rich family has gone missing for a long time. A man intrudes into the family feigning as their lost son. He enjoys life with the wealth in the family. However, when the wife approaches him with trust and affection his conscience demands a hearing. Even though he is an imposter he does not want to take advantage of the wife's innocence. Finally, it is a victory for the conscience.
