A young man, plagued by memory lapses that erase his identity and purpose, is haunted by visions of a mysterious figure following him. He then finds himself under the guidance of a doctor, who instructs him to document his thoughts in a journal, to help him remember who he is.

A wounded soldier, rendered deaf by the blast of an explosion, seeks help from a comrade to escape from the danger zone - unaware that a sniper has them in his scope the whole time and is ready to pull the trigger.
