The Boonboomgers' run in the Big Bang Grand Prix is violently interrupted when the universe's top-ranked monster, Universe No. 1, appears and triggers a catastrophic universe fusion, causing parallel worlds to merge into one chaotic continuum. While Taiya Hando/Bun Red is suddenly transported to Planet Shaft, he's attacked by the Bitter Demon Beast Galaxy Circuit Guruma until Hoeru Tono/Gozyu Wolf arrives to back him up. Meanwhile on Earth, the remaining Gozyugers battle Universe No. 1. Bun Blue, Bun Pink, and Bun Black return to help, but the monster overwhelms them and defeats the combined teams. Hoeru then reappears in a dramatic new evolution: Saint Gozyu Wolf, declaring his vow to "stop the battle." With a slash that cuts through space itself, he sends all eight heroes hurtling into another dimension, setting the stage for the film's multiversal conflict.

Onizuka, a former motorcycle gang member turned high-school teacher is assigned to a private academy full of troubled students. The issue at this high school revolves around an exposé-style influencer who has nearly 2 million followers who specializes in exposing and spreading rumors, causing controversies and uproar, regardless of whether the individuals involved are celebrities or ordinary people. Several teachers and students from the academy have been exposed so far, and due to being targeted so frequently, there are rumors circulating within the school that there might be a culprit impersonating the influencer. As a result, students live their school lives while constantly observing each other’s expressions, becoming increasingly suspicious and paranoid.

Keita Ueda, an elementary school teacher, reunites with his childhood friend Hikaru Matsumoto, now a pastry chef. As they collaborate on a school project, their shared memories and love for sweets rekindle old feelings.​

When she becomes a high school student, a traffic accident brings back her memories of the time she spent with a cat, and she decides to search for her whereabouts. Eventually, Shion arrives at Siebold, a cat shelter run by a single woman.

This war, later called the "Universal Great War," was brought to an end by a giant deity named Tega Sword. This transcendent being, imbued with the power of all Super Sentai, fell into slumber after sustaining injuries. Hoeru Tono, a young man drifting between part-time jobs, finds himself fired once again. Around the same time, the mysterious organization "Bridan" begins attacking Earth to awaken Tega Sword. Suddenly, Hoeru is enveloped in a strange space where he encounters Tega Sword. He learns that gathering special "rings" will grant him any wish. Without a specific wish in mind, Hoeru resolves to aim for the "Number One" and fights as Gozyu Wolf against Bridan. What wish will Hoeru eventually discover? And who are the other ring warriors?
