David is dragged in to the Deathroom, knowing that he will be questioned and probably killed. But the interrogation does not go as planned.

The film follows Alice, an Anglo-Sicilian woman living with her loving partner in England. Navigating a country she doesn’t truly feel a part of, Alice grows isolated and nostalgic for Sicily - where she was raised by her grandmother in her youth.
