Lucia (Natassja Kinski) is a volatile, exciteable young woman. She forms a romance with Carlo (Stefano Dionisi), who is somewhat callow and is very skittish. Their romance is not an easy one, but they are assisted in coping with its ups and downs by their mutual friendship with Franco (Franco Citti), an older, wiser and more stable man.

'The Godfather: The Complete Epic 1901-1959' is a chronological edit of the first two Godfather films, as broadcast by HBO in 2016 and later made available on its streaming platforms. With a runtime of 423 minutes, it incorporates many deleted and extended scenes that were not included in the original theatrical releases of The Godfather and The Godfather: Part II. These include: the young Vito Corleone hunting down Don Ciccio and his men to avenge the brutal murder of his family; the fate of Fabrizio, the traitor responsible for the death of Michael's first wife; and a fairly pivotal reunion scene between Vito and Michael, following his return from Sicily. This version includes additional scenes that were not part of the similar 1981 release of ‘The Godfather 1902–1959: The Complete Epic', which had a runtime of 386 mins. That release was a reduced version of the 1977 television mini-series 'The Godfather Saga', which was broadcast in four separate parts with a runtime of 434 mins.

After years spent working as a prostitute in her Italian village, middle-aged Mamma Roma has saved enough money to buy herself a fruit stand so that she can have a respectable middle-class life and reestablish contact with the 16-year-old son she abandoned when he was an infant. The film retells this mystery play with a definite 'art-house' approach: an almost poetical use of language, singing, dancing, some homoerotic themes, and some special effects.

Two anarchistic brothers live by petty thievery and try to recover from their Catholic upbringing. Bandiera and Rabbino were children when they pushed their drunk of a father out of a window for killing their pet sheep. When a girl is raped by her father, she is brought by young "rescuers" to the home of the two brothers who then watch their friends take advantage of her sexually. The brothers take her in, and the three live happy and celibate if not uneventful lives until the brother's are sent to jail for stealing.

A seven-hour chronological edit of The Godfather and The Godfather Part II, expanded with over an hour of restored scenes to trace the Corleone family’s rise from Vito’s youth in Sicily to Michael’s reign in 1950s America.

But the man is offended by the modest funeral he receives and has fun playing pranks on his daughter. IL FATTACCIO: a doorman is paid to show an apartment in which something gruesome happened. Determined to keep the extra work, he invents increasingly grisly stories to keep interested buyers away. LADRI: two thieves in a working-class neighborhood have tragicomic adventures. L’IMBIANCONE: a very shy man enters a shoe store to buy a pair of shoes and seduce the female shop owner.
