In a school playground, a Ukrainian refugee joins a group of French boys to throw paper airplanes. This seemingly innocent activity will cause tension within the group.

A dog attack disrupts the tranquility of a small village. The owner of the animal then finds himself at the center of an informal tribunal organized by the community to deal with the situation.
