Nene Raju Nene Mantri is the story of Radha Jogendra and the love of his life, Radha. His whole world revolves around her and he can go to any lengths to make her happy. But what happens when such profound love takes the shape of cavernous ambition?

Sita is a materialistic woman who only cares about materialistic gains and nothing else. MLA Basava Raju lusts for her and wants her to give him what she promised him for helping her. The villain of their tale is Ram, a man who’s way too innocent for his own good. How does Ram help Sita out of the fix she’s in forms the crux of the story.

Shiva, the son of a rich businessman, falls in love with a middle-class girl. However, when their parents oppose their relationship, they elope.

The story is centered in a village where the parents of first cousins Sujatha (Sadha) and Raghu (Gopichand) decide that both will be married when they become adults. As a child, Sujatha's uncle gives her anklets, which she wears as she grows up. As they grow older, Raghu is caught smuggling money from his house. At school, Raghu beats up a kid for talking to Sujatha. They quarrel, and soon Raghu's family leaves for another village. Sujatha grows to be an attractive college girl, while the villain Raghu becomes a good-for-nothing character. On her way to college, Sujatha meets up with Venkat (Nitin), a poor but handsome, charming enthusiastic boy, and soon after their quarrels they fall in love.

Seenu is the son of a municipality truck driver Bonala Bikshapati. Mallika is the daughter of a millionaire Somalinga Raju. Seenu and Mallika are classmates and fall in love. Irritated by this, Somalinga Raju puts Seenu in jail on false charges. The second half is all about how Seenu bids for a great escape and marries his ladylove.

Balram, a lorry cleaner, decides to make a film with his favourite actor, Santosh Babu. All his attempts fail and the actor too ridicules him. But Balram swears he will make and soon release his film.

Avinash arranges his marriage with equally wealthy Tina to which he agrees although he is not comfortable with this marriage as he is still in love with Saawni; meanwhile Ganga's honest policy gets him and his new found family into further problems.

Ravi (Nitin) and Geeta (Nikita) are childhood friends. Ravi is a carefree guy who roams around with friends without concentrating on studies. Geeta is a sincere student who passes engineering studies. Ravi has love feelings for her and everybody in the town is aware of it except for Geeta. When she is asked by Nitin's sister-in-law when she is planning to marry Ravi, she expresses her surprise and says that they are just friends and she has no feelings for her. She shows her materialistic attitude by saying that she wants her husband to be financially and academically more stronger than her. Ravi is devastated after listening to her logic. He realizes the importance of being a responsible family member and takes up odd jobs to earn money.

Shiva notices that there is violence within the college, perpetrated by people who are not even students. When he decides to find out their motives, he is met with violence, and threats. Now Shiva must decide to stand up for his college, or just carry on studying, finish college, and move on and get to on job.

Raghav, an orphan, is a contract killer. When he falls for Bhavna, he hides the fact as he fears rejection; coincidentally, Bhavna's brother, a police officer, is investigating a murder committed by Raghav.

He ends up investigating his own father, and his mother's affair with Jai, and now all three family members must come together to face the truth, and consequences from the past.
