At the heart of the plot is the life of a newly formed police unit. The head of the division, Georgy Mamiyashvili, is a Georgian with an inimitable sense of humor, who, accused of corruption, put all his friends and relatives behind bars. Mamiyashvili’s young subordinates, having broken away from their measured daily routine, find themselves swept up in a whirlwind of comedic adventures. They face intricate cases, fugitive criminals, traffic accidents, robbers, and bribe-taking priests… Now their motto is: “New law — new order.”

The series takes place after 2014 in a de-occupied mining town that is gradually returning to peaceful life. The main characters are two families that have long been separated by quarrels and endless arguments. The misunderstanding between them does not subside even after the news of their children's engagement. To make matters worse, former friends and now sworn enemies Pavel Dotsenko and Grisha Kulikov become the main contenders for the mayor's office. The competition for the favor of the townspeople constantly leads to complicated, confusing, and sometimes funny situations. Will the enemies be able to unite on the verge of a full-scale invasion by Russia, or will they be able to become one family for the sake of the future?

When successful businesswoman Katya's daughter tries to commit suicide, she becomes an economics teacher in order to be closer to her daughter and understand what the kids are up to at school. At the same time, Alex, a new English teacher, former lawyer, son of the principal, and newly engaged, also comes to the school. As sparks begin between Katya and Alex, the skeletons of the past still haunt them and won't let our heroes go.

The investigators from a new police department work on the most complicated cases using special software called "Fillin". Intrigues and unexpected twists make the cops face new challenges every day. In the cases they undertake more and more often are appearing the names of high-ranking police officials. The head of the department, Valentyn Smishko, can't close it down that simple, so he starts overwhelming the investigators with the cases he's sure they'll never solve and will eventually have to abandon their experiment. Thus the old system united to oppose "Fillin".
