It is winter in Gdynia, Poland. This is Kasia's town, a rebellious teenager: headstrong, fearless, and streetwise. When Kasia was 3 years old, her parents left Poland, hoping for a better life in Germany. They never returned and Kasia grew up with her grandmother. When her grandmother passes away, Kasia is heartstruck. To top it all off, she also seems to be pregnant.

The crazy girl involved in an affair with a married man? Drinking, smoking and taking pills? Partying with her friend Wronka? Talking to her cat? Arguing with her eternally dissatisfied mother? Klara who has no husband, children or dog? Klara who can’t sleep, Klara, who is many years old and has little time, Klara, who is a little afraid but has great courage to live, Klara, for whom love is more important than reason, and good sex is more important than a good name? It's the story of two slightly crazy guys who are forced to leave their town, where the annual Gooseberry Days celebration is the biggest attraction, and go to London for work. To say, however, that the tour doesn't go according to plan would be a very mild description of what happens next. The protagonists get separated at the very beginning as a result of a gnarled party. The journey that follows is woven with a plethora of marvelous characters. The viewer will find among them: truckers, gypsy camper traders, anarchist squatters, recidivists hiding from the Polish justice system or go-go club employees.
