The production brings together the best highlights of the trip, highlighting the characteristics of each athlete and emphasizing the profile and testimonies of three comrades, drawing a parallel between different musical beats, styles and waves - and also rely on images from competitions.

In late April 2004 Kelly Slater and five of the world's best up and coming surfers travelled to Indonesia for 10 days on board the Komodo in search of perfect waves. Along for the ride were some of he leading surfing cinematographers to document this trip.

When the man who was the youngest ever world champion aged 20 decided to seek a historic ninth world title at 35, his place in the sporting hall of fame was secured.
