The people around her believe this to be a temporary joke, but Chiara is determined not to give up her new identity…

Now a real boy, Pinocchio is an adult who believes that sincerity and kindness are the path to a better life. But he is mistaken: in a world that does not welcome purity of heart, he is constantly exploited and mocked by those who take advantage of him.

This sketch comedy takes place in a real cosmetic surgery clinic, where people come to change their appearance – and might end up changing on the inside, too.
