'Punha Shivajiraje Bhosle' is a gripping socio-political drama that delivers a powerful message about the state of modern-day Maharashtra, framed by a profound spiritual awakening. Vidya’s academic performance means everything for his mother Saraswati. She can’t fathom that in her quest to make Vidya the best student, she is turning him into a depressed kid. Competition from class newcomer Rajas takes a toll on Vidya. He contemplates suicide and it is only the return of his father Shriganesh from the US that brings his life back on track.

Preetam revolves around a milkman living in a rural area of Konkan, Maharashtra, who struggles to deal with his dark skin. Exploring the question of whether outer beauty really matters, the film follows his search for love.

Amhi Satpute is a 2008 Marathi remake of the Hindi action comedy film Satte Pe Satta. It was made by Sachin Pilgaonkar who also appears in it, alongside other primary cast including Ashok Saraf, Supriya Pilgaonkar, Swapnil Joshi, Atul Parchure and Nirmiti Sawant.
