In Córdoba, far from the Argentine capital, the end of a military regime promises a spring that is all too brief. “La Delpi” is the only survivor of a group of friends who are transgender women and drag-queens, who began to die of aids in the late 80s. In a Catholic and conservative city, the Grupo Kalas made their weapons and trenches out of improvised dresses and lip-syncing. Today the images of unique and unknown footage are not only a farewell letter, but a manifesto to friendship.

A successful transgender actress decided to adopt a child with her lawyer husband . She juggles her career, marriage, and the adoption in pursuit of domestic happiness, all while trying to embrace her flaws and contradictions and also claim and defend her right to ambition, desire, and security. But that pursuit is eventually thwarted when they visit the actress's hometown.

Laura usually visits her grandparents, Domingo and Norma, in the nursing home. When quarantine sets in, Norma dies of natural causes. Her death strikes Laura deeply and she fears for her grandfather's condition. But Domingo, in a moment of lucidity, teaches her about life and love.
