Avery, a young woman moving into a new apartment, finds herself under the watchful eye of her nosy neighbor, Carol. Seemingly harmless at first, Avery soon discovers Carol has more malicious intentions, reviving tragedy Avery had since hoped to bury.

Andy, an unfulfilled office worker, receives a strange message on his computer, promising him a trip to an exclusive resort Paradise Bay. The catch: he must try their experimental drug, but Andy soon discovers the promise of paradise may not be what it seems.
