After several years, Puteri, Nadia, Kamala and Anita have gone through various phases of life. However, problems faced by her old friends, Kamala and Anita, cause her to become entangled in their complications, especially with the appearance of Puteri's cousin, Rania, who almost makes Puteri's life fall apart! Jue is a good wife who manages her household routines. Jue stops working when she becomes pregnant with her second child. Her husband Hazlan is busy with his career and rarely helps Jue at home. Jue becomes more stressed with her heavy pregnancy and frequently complains of exhaustion. The birth of her second child Jaja adds to her workload. Jue is disappointed with her husband Hazlan's indifference towards her. She then meets her school friend Suzanne, a doctor and psychiatry specialist.

Afiqah and her father Roslan are shown together in a flashback scene until Roslan was laid up in the hospital which has been set up for medical care. He lies in a hospital bed, with a nasal prong in his nose, and an oxygen tank by his side, he has terminal lung cancer. Amira (Roslan Wife) is by his side, wiping down.

The story follows the journey of two women, Aminah and Liz, who are forced to confront the dilemma of separating from their respective children, Kasih and Mia, after discovering that the children they have raised for the past 7 years were switched at birth. Liz is a successful businesswoman while Aminah sells nasi lemak. The conflict between them begins when Liz refuses to allow her ward Mia to live in hardship after being handed over to Aminah. She desires to care for both Kasih and Mia. The conflict between Aminah and Liz ends with a court decision that the children must be returned to their biological mothers. Mia gradually accepts Aminah as her biological mother, but Kasih frequently cries due to the busy schedules of Liz and her husband, Henry.

Dahlia's love was betrayed when Azmir left her to live with his wife, Kyra. Dahlia's newborn child was also taken as a replacement for Kyra's deceased child, leaving Dahlia to wallow in pain and sadness.
