Abdurrahman Keskiner is one of the big guns of Turkish cinema. In Türkiye's national productions' history, his working method distinguishes him as a producer from the rest. Even though it may seem contradictory at first glance, he never gives up on investing in subtlety. Other producers have not pursued the same hope over and over and invested all of their earnings in shooting films ambitiously after making a loss. Yet, Abdurrahman Keskiner was an exception to this. 36 consists of diapositive photographic frames of a promotional catalogue designed for a nuclear power plant in France in the 1980s. A dialogue is established between the past, the present and the future with thirty-five of the thirty-six frames in the catalogue. While the film takes you on a tour through the institute, it focuses only on emotions.
