Do-eun, a door-to-door saleswoman in her thirties, visits the home of a former classmate with whom she has little to no rapport, simply to make up for her unsatisfactory sales performance. A few days later, the classmate's mother, Su-jung, comes looking for her.

Yong-soon is an 18-year-old high school student. She falls in love with her gym teacher, but she thinks her teacher might have a girlfriend. Yong-Soon and her friends try to find out whether he does have a girlfriend, but they can't find any clues. Making things worse, her father brings a new stepmother from Mongolia.

Su-min runs an instant noodle shop in a lonesome street. She lives her life alone sometimes with solitude and sometimes even with a cold heart. However, Tae-woong helps her with the delivery in return for having stir-fried noodles at the shop for each meal and Yoo-jung, a new housemate, keeps making homemade food to share. On the month of the last payment of debt, Su-min realizes that homemade food's quite comforting.

Jung-seo, who is planning on getting married, wins an apartment subscription, which is almost like winning a lottery. Not being able to pay the deposit, she makes a begrudging visit to her father for money, who had divorced her mother without paying any alimony. But when she meets his new family, everything gets messed up due to different desires of each of them. In the unexpected chaos, Jung-seo gradually faces what they really want, and most importantly, what she wants deep inside herself.

Jong-eun, who lives in a share house, is left alone with Ho-jae, a plumber she briefly saw that morning. Jong-eun is increasingly bothered by Ho-jae.
