Aaron, a young African-American, falls in love with Larissa, a German white woman. But as soon as she tells him that she is pregnant, things begin to fall apart and Aaron has to face his past.

Keon is a bright young black man whose anger has slowly grown due to microaggressions from seemingly everyone and is given a dangerous offer from an unknown caller.

Despite their opposing personalities, a talented but directionless P.I. who is the black sheep of his family begrudgingly agrees to work as the in-house investigator for his overbearing mother, a successful attorney reeling from the recent dissolution of her marriage.
