After a stagecoach is robbed and the passengers murdered, a long and tangled series of surprise attacks and murderous double-crosses, leaves the coach's strongbox in the hands of the killer Lasky. It is up to the legendary hero Sartana to track down the missing money and determine just who is ultimately behind the grisly robberies and killings.

A gang of landgrabbers, led by Mexican bandit Manuel, terrorizes the small town of Landford City. The sheriff asks the army for help, which orders Captain Mike Jackson to see what is going on in his old home town and also search for a government agent who has disappeared in that area. Jackson immediately finds himself in the middle of fistfights and shoot-outs with the bandits, who not only have a tight grip on the local farmers but also force Mary, the woman Jackson once intended to marry, to work as a saloon girl.

The forester Auer is found killed on a Sunday in the forest, and the police begin a feverish search for the culprit. Only Pastor Gruber already knows who it is. It is Hannes Reyer, son of the richest farmer in the region, who has confessed the act of murder to him. Gruber, however, is bound to his obligation to secrecy. But things don’t get so far, as Hannes dies in an accident during an altercation with the priest. Nonetheless, Gruber does not return to his office. In quiescence, he wants to find out whether he still can handle the burden of the priesthood. Senior Pastor Bachmayer, however, is convinced that he will return.

In Ceylon, American Babs Lincoln, daughter of US Ambassador Jefferson Lincoln, is kidnapped. At the same time, an employee of the US Embassy in Colombo is murdered. The crimes bring Joe Louis Walker, alias Inspector X, and Tom Rowland onto the scene, who quickly realize that the cases are connected.

Female American tourists are being kidnapped by a crime ring headed by a beautiful Asian woman. They're drugged and then sent to an island where they are kept as sex slaves to be used by wealthy tourists. Two agents are dispatched to rescue the women and put an end to this operation.
