Once the self-identified big shot of the cul de sac realizes that he will have to run a campaign for President of his neighborhood's Home Owner's Association against his new Black neighbor, a man is forced to prove that he is the leader that his upper middle class community has always needed. But nobody is going to take this away from this man's rightful place as President-not without a fight.
