After picking their target, Tom Guiry known as Smalls from the Sandlot, they enlist the help of the director of Stealing A Survivor, Ray Martin, to consult them on how to kidnap a celebrity.

Just days from retirement, a veteran detective and his partner must race against the clock to stop a serial killer before it's too late. As the bodies pile up, they start to wonder if the killer is one of their own, and if they may be next.

A documentary film crew follows director Ray Martin as he embarks on his 9th film shoot, starring real-life mobster Tony Clams in the lead role. Unfortunately for Ray, Tony Clams has his own agenda.
