Seribu Kisah is a TRANS 7 FTV programme that presents stories of 1001-night stories. A different take on a folk tale from Betawi, Selendang Mayang tells a story about a beautiful woman named Mayangsari.

Fajar was raised by his mother, Winda, after his father died when he was a baby. Their bond is close but shaped by hardship. As an adult, he works as the personal assistant to Farah—a strict, perfectionist boss hiding deep emotional wounds. Secretly assigned by Willie, Farah’s childhood friend, to spy on her, Fajar instead falls in love. They begin a hidden relationship, kept from everyone, including Willie and their families. Complications arise with Alya, Fajar’s childhood friend, and Marsha from his past. Under pressure, Fajar and Farah must choose their happiness, even if it means breaking hearts.

At 36 years old, Isabella Bella Rahardja is intelligent, beautiful, and still single—a fact that those around her never fail to remind her of. Secretly, Bella enjoys online dating, until one day she discovers that one of her charming chat partners, Langit, is actually an 18-year-old who just graduated from high school! Shocked, Bella immediately ends the relationship… only to later realize that Langit is now a freshman at the college where she teaches.
