About the legendary tour of the Soviet football club Dynamo (Moscow) in Great Britain in 1945.

In 1984, Andrei Tarkovsky, under the influence of circumstances, was forced to stay in the West. In his homeland, the director's paintings were banned, but he said: Russian Russian artist, I believe, without any doubt, and I will always remain Russian." The authors of the film talk about the circumstances surrounding this decision, exploring the human drama of Tarkovsky, the director.

Through the lives of three outstanding perseons, innovators and selfless workers who had a great influence on the development of domestic and world football – coach Mikhail Yakushin, goalkeeper Alexei Khomich, striker and subsequently successful coach Konstantin Beskov, the authors trace more than a century of history of Russian football in the context of time and the life of our country.
