After the world has collapsed, Sze picks up his grandfather's diary and goes through the forest accompanied by two guys who don't see eye to eye. They are holding on to their remaining memories of the adult world to try and comprehend the current situation.

The custom of exchanging gifts at Christmas is no easy ritual for a little girl who resorts to collecting rubbish in order to raise enough money for the occasion. This film offers no earth-shaking scenes, nor heartstring-pulling sentimentality, but a glimpse of the world through the eyes of the little girl, so that we might feel what she feels about the society and humanity, and have empathy with rather than sympathy for her.

Chi Keung is a local born Pakistani teenager. He works in his relative’s restaurant as a delivery boy. On this hot summer day, he delivers food with his bicycle as usual, weaving through the network of old and new streets in the Central and Western District. However, he loses the bicycle during a ride, but this eventually leads him to discover new scenery, encounter different people and things.

16-year-old Allen lives a chaotic and underprivileged life. Defeated by life from the start, Allen finds joy and hope in hurdling, his favourite sport which he often wins in competitions during middle school. A cruel fate awaits him when he enters high school. Because of his height, his performance is suddenly hampered and he cannot even handle the basic 3-step hurdle. His hope of being in the school team is dashed, let alone winning over his teammates. The more desperately he tries, the more he realises his goal is beyond reach. Can Allen overcome this challenge before high school ends?
